概述
The devices in this series consist of dual comparators on a single monolithic substrate. The common-mode input voltage range includes ground even when operated from a single supply, and the low power supply current drain makes these comparators suitable for battery operation. These types were designed todirectly interface with TTL and CMOS, Current drain is independent of the supply voltage. The outputs can be connected to other open-collector outputs to achieve wired-AND relationships.
The LM2903D is a dual-channel version available in 8-pin SOP and MSOP packages. All devices are specified for the temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
